The padding runs the full length and makes it far more comfortable than the bare plastic ones I've tried before. It’s also great that it works on either leg, so I didn’t have to order a second one when I switched sides. Fit was snug but not tight, exactly what I wanted.

I needed a knee-length splint that could work on either leg, and the padded design made it feel secure without any digging into my skin. It’s 14 1/2 inches long and wide enough to stay put during sleep.

The padding is surprisingly comfortable and stays in place without shifting around, which makes a huge difference when you're stuck in it for hours. I was worried about it fitting my right leg but the universal design worked perfectly. Really glad I picked this up after my surgery.
