Lightweight enough that I forget I'm wearing it, and the red color makes it easy to spot in my bag. The thick-walled tubing blocks out hallway noise really well, so I can actually hear breath sounds clearly.

The 22-inch tubing is a good length for reaching around a patient without leaning over awkwardly, and the thick walls really do cut down on room noise. My only gripe is the eartips get a little uncomfortable after about an hour of use.

The red color makes it easy to spot on my desk, which I appreciate. The thick-walled tubing does cut down on background noise pretty well, though the single head means you don't get the bell option for low frequencies. For the price it's a solid pick.
