The pure cotton feels way softer against my dad's skin than the synthetic wrap we used last time, and it barely sheds any lint when I'm cutting strips. Wrapping his forearm before the fiberglass goes on is quick now, and he hasn't complained about itching once.
Low linting made a huge difference when we changed the lining for my son's cast, way less shedding left on his skin. It's pure cotton so it breathes, and the 4x4 yard roll lasted through two changes.
Bought this to pad under a short arm cast and the pure cotton feels genuinely soft against skin, way less itchy than the synthetic roll I used last time. Only gripe is it sheds a few fibers when you tear it, but wrapping it smooth solved that.
