Bought these for my mom's bed and they've held up through countless washes without the cotton twill getting scratchy or pilling. The 55/45 blend dries faster than the all-cotton pads I used before, which honestly makes a bigger difference than I expected.
The cotton blend is noticeably softer than the medical-grade plastic alternatives I've used, so there's no crinkle or discomfort. Washed these a few times already and they've held their shape without fraying or pilling.
The 32x36 size covers most of the mattress, which is way better than the smaller pads I used before. The cotton/poly blend stays soft even after several washes and hasn't pilled up at all.
