These handle a lot of drainage without needing to be changed constantly, which has made a huge difference for my mom's wound care. The 4x8 pads cover the whole area and hold up well even when things get messy.
The 4x8 size is perfect for covering my larger wounds, and the alginate really locks in the moisture without leaking. Much better than the gauze I was using before.
These 4x8 inch pads handle heavy drainage way better than the previous ones I tried—I only need to change them once a day now. The alginate material forms a soft gel that doesn't tug at the wound.
