The 1.5-inch squares stick surprisingly well even on my slightly hairy arms, and I've gotten a full week of solid use out of one pair so far. The pin connection snaps in securely and I haven't had any signal dropouts during my sessions.

I was skeptical about the one-week claim, but these stuck on through several sweaty workouts and still peeled off cleanly. The 1.5-inch size is perfect for my shoulder pads, and they stayed put the entire time.
